Lack of Vitamin A too is a major cause of dry eyes. You might start eating a lot of raw carrots, and boiled greens. Sleep at least 6 hours a day in completely darkened rooms.
Dry eyes can be transformed into pools of teardrops by a simple method. cut the fleshy part of Alu Vera into cubes of 2"x2"x1" and chill them for 5 minutes. Lie flat on s surface. Close your eyes and place the alu vera pieces on the eyelids. Lie still for 3-5 minutes. Repeat until you feel your eyes are considerably cooler than when you had started. Thrice should be sufficient.
Keep doing this on a daily basis and you will feel very comfortable in your eyes in a week or so. Do not give up the routine though. Carry this out, maybe, twice a week and you are fine
